Today I am 20 weeks!!! I can't believe that we have made it half way already! We have our ultrasound appointment on Thursday to find out what the sex is. We are so excited! I have started to feel the baby move. It has been more like flutters for about 3 weeks, but they are becoming stronger and more distinct. I think this baby likes my left side of my tummy because I usually feel pressure and movement there. It is a different feeling to have something move inside of you! Anyway, we will let you know on Thursday if it is going to be a boy or girl.

16th week ultrasound 10/3/06

Monday, October 02, 2006

Well, I made it through my 4th month!!! I am 16 weeks today and feeling better. I haven't been as sick during this month, but still don't have a full appetite. I still feel nauseous once in a while, but am doing much better. Kyle and I are so excited for this baby. We go in for our next appointment tomorrow, so I will hopefully have a new picture of the baby. We can't wait to find out the sex. One more month! We will probably find out on Halloween. I am starting to show and my clothes are feeling really tight. I don't think they will last too much longer. I will have to go maternity shopping soon! Anyway, that is what is going on with us and the baby.

Hello everyone!

I am creating this blog so everyone can know what is going on with our baby! I just finished my 13th week and everything is going great! We are due March 20th. I am starting to feel better and have some kind of appetite. I have been so sick for about 6 weeks. When we found out that we were pregnant, we went to the doctor at 8 weeks. We were able to see the heartbeat which meant that my chances of miscarrying went way down. That was a big relief! Everything looked normal and just fine. Last week, we went in for our 12th week appointment. We did an ultrasound and was able to see the baby. You could see the little head, tummy and arms. You could also see the heart beating like crazy. It was amazing! We were also able to hear the heartbeat. It took the doctor a couple of minutes to find it, but we finally heard this low, fast beat. It was one of the most amazing experiences! We are so excited for this baby and hope that all is well. I will continue to post updates when we have them.
